  15. Excel - to copy portions of your spreadsheet and paste into MacDraw  or SuperPaint - select the area of the spreadsheet you are going to move.  Hold down the SHIFT key before clicking on the Edit menu 
  16. (a Copy Picture option will appear in the Edit menu).  Choose Copy Picture, exit Excel.  Now you can open your word processor, paint, or draw program and Paste.  (Your selection has been copied to the Clipboard in PICT format so you can place it in a MacDraw or SuperPaint (draw layer) and manipulate every portion of it.)
